Make yourself at home

Our flats are fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable bed as well as a wardrobe, desk and a leather armchair. On those 12 to 17 m² you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: the kitchenette includes a refrigerator, two hotplates, dishes and cooking pots. Furthermore, fresh towels as well as bed linen are always available for you. All our units have an internet connection, washing machines and dryers. In addition to brooms, there are also mops and hoovers available, only the cleaning agent has to be bought by yourself. Of course, there is also room for your bicycle in the garage.

Prices

The flats are between 12 and 17 m² in size. Depending on the location and size, the monthly rent varies between € 610.00 and € 630.00 including utilities. Only the broadcasting fee must be paid by the tenant.

Central and close to the university

This modernised apartment building is located in the Rotherbaum district, in the middle of the university quarter. From here you can reach the Alster lake or the popular Schanzenviertel district in just a few minutes, and you can also easily reach the state library, bookshops and copy shops on foot. The regional leisure facilities also include numerous restaurants, cafés and bars. And if your current destination is further away: public transport is virtually on your doorstep.
