Contemporary communication as a success factor

Due to the progress and global expansion of the technical infrastructure, there has been a continuous increase in digital event formats. The combination of real and digital event ensures high accessibility with a real-time live feel! In this way, we maintain 100 per cent flexibility in implementation and ensure that the experience of digital visits is not left out of a hybrid event compared to that of physical visitors.

Creating effective scenarios in partnership – Due to the physical part of a hybrid event, the selection and design of the location on site have a great influence on the character of the event. Elements such as interactive staging, types of seating or lighting ensure that participants feel strongly integrated, both in real and digital terms, and that the event is given a live character. The integration of online participants or online speakers on stage and a moderator contribute to this.
Through increased reach, greater success – Using the fusion of both worlds as an advantage: the shared experience from the interaction of technology and reality enables a higher reach.
